This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does no behavioral profiling. Reading it sends nothing about you anywhere beyond the ordinary mechanics of loading a web page.

When The Valley opens for signups, it will collect exactly one thing, your email address, through a double opt-in form, and use it only for the messages described on the subscribe page. Every email will include a working unsubscribe link. The full notice naming each processor, retention periods, and how to exercise your rights will be published here before the first form goes live.
